Excellent Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 1st Bosch Oven I've owned and I will never own another brand. This is an excellent oven with excellent tech and cooking.
From Bread, to roasts, to veggies and pizza this oven cooks more evenly than any other. The cook times are also decreased, so you have to keep an eye on them.
I love the tech of this oven as well. You can start from the store so its ready when you arrive home. There really isn't much you can't do with this oven.

We arent using our air fryer as much anymore since getting the new oven with air fry. Initially we left all the slideout racks in, but have since removed all but two so there is more hand space to grab stuff out of the oven.

We purchased a Bosch 800 Series Single wall oven, BL8454UC. And we love it. we now use it more than our origional oven. My wife and I both love the way it cooks. For us it's a game changer!

Great modern piece of equipment

Though I always prefer some of the old school "dumb" ovens, I was really impressed at the level of control that the Bosch app and the oven allows for. The nuances between the modes really does make a difference in cooking. I love the proof function as well, since it also allows me to use it as a fermentation chamber when making lactofermented foods as well. Overall a fantastic oven and I do not regret getting it
