Bad support from Bahamas

Bought this a month ago in Florida and had a friend bring it to our small beach house in Bahamas. I put it together without much difficulty, added pellets, primed suger, filled hot rod container half way and ingited. Within 20 seconds I received an Igniter Disconnect notice. Brand new crushing. Took it apart, reconnected, and same indication. All software is up to date. Unfortunately, US does not take my call because 1-800 number. Called the UK and they referred me to US. Still no support help. Just ordered 2 new Amazon Hot Rods and trying to get them to Bahamas. Ughh!

Thank you for taking the time to review our Timberline. We regret to hear this was your experience. The Bahamas are not the US, transporting the grill from the country of origin to another voids the warranty. Ignitor disconnected means The Ignitor is disconnected from the controller or is broken. We would want to disconnect the Ignitor from the controller, then reconnect the Ignitor, turn the grill on, and see if the error still populates.
