We bought this grill to replace a Traeger pro 780. This grill is awesome. We grilled outside during the storm. It was -5 with a wind chill of -28. The grill performed awesome and cooked our prime rib and all its sides for Christmas. Totally impressed.. where or 780 even with the blanket couldn’t have kept up. I would totally recommend this grill to anyone!

What can I say? I am just amazed by the space the 1300 XL provides. The design is very well thought out. Smoked leg of lamb, two whole chicken, baby back ribs, and pork shoulder for my trial. All could not have turned out any better. The unit did shut off automatically once in the middle. I am not sure what could have caused it. Mind you, it was like 38 degrees outside! But this unit performed like a charm! Have not tried the side stove yet. Definitely recommend this beast of a smoker!

This is not only an amazing product but an awesome experience. Traeger hit a home run with this one. Total outdoor kitchen at your fingertips. The food I have cooked is fantastic and makes hosting easy and fun. I cook for others, rarely for myself. To see people enjoy food. It literally is one of the only things left that bring people of different political religious and racial backgrounds together. My adult children love coming over to just hang out and eat. This Traeger is worth every penny—you can’t put a price on memories. Cheers!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything I hoped it would be! I’ve cooked on this grill almost every day since it arrived. I loved my previous grill (Traeger Pro 34), but the Timberline is next level. It maintains a much more consistent temp thru the entire cook and doesn’t seem affected by wind due to the precision of the seals and the insulated construction. Induction side burner is so handy for grilling veggies or searing. The addition of the Traeger branded Meater probes is a huge bonus.

This is Traeger’s best pellet grill ever. A huge purchase but built very well. Love the fact that right out of the box there was not a lot to do and was easy to put together. I had issues initially with the auto seasoning function but fed the hopper manually and started her right up and seasoned her myself. Lots of smoke which is great. Built to last a long time. I love the keg one easy cleanup no more vacuuming.
