Top notch. The grill is excellent right down to the packaging and the tools they give you to assemble in the instructions. Built very good. Upon opening the grill I realized the box doubled as a playhouse for my 4 grandkids. They love it. Made the best burgers I have ever had in my life. Can’t wait to try more foods.

Horrible product. Class action lawsuit?

Does not ignite except in rare unpredictable circumstances. Once it lights, it shuts-off randomly and will not re-ignite. You can reset, use new pellets, pray... it will NOT re-start. Meat on the grill? Too bad.

The situation you are describing in not really something that we have been seeing, so it would certainly be worth reaching out to Traeger support. More often than not, issues with the grill can be corrected with a single phone call. When you have the time, please contact us for assistance. This is my 4th Traeger, and they keep getting better. This one is the best ever. Very consistent results every time. The three-layer Grill racks really expands capacity. The induction Hot Plate is so versatile and was needed--Thank you.
All these 1 Star reviews I see cannot be true. Since anyone can write a review here, I am more inclined to believe these are competitors. It's unfortunate that people would leave misleading and downright false claims for a product they don't like for who knows what reason?
