from day one i have had trouble. water on my floor everyday and some days 2 times a day. there seems to be a problem with the gasket on the freezer door. i can feel cold air blowing out of the freezer door where the gasket is by the hinge of the door. i am sure the compressor is running overtime to cool off the freezer. i have tried several times with the store i bought the unit from to see if they can do anything to correct this. cant tell you how many rolls of paper towels i have used to clean up the water from my kitchen floor.

Almost

I've had this fridge for two weeks now. The good things are that the fridge is bigger than my last one and it has a lot of room, it has glass shelves, humidity control on the crispers, and, most importatly, it's quiet! The downside is that I have to have the freezer control cranked up almost all the way in order to get it to 0 degrees. If I put it at 'Recommended' it's up to 20 degrees in the morning and has ice crystals all over inside I've heated up the gasket with a hair dryer on medium setting and applied a thin layer of vaseline on the gasket, first when I got it, and again this week. It still doesn't pass the dollar bill test---that pulls out without much resistance. It should be better for a unit that is nice otherwise. Disappointing.

Poorly designed

Poor lighting: No light in Freezer One dim light at top of refrig does not illuminate middle or lower areas Doors stay open about six inches unless manually forced shut. Right side of refrigerator gets warm to touch.

Well so far so good My one issue is that there are no wheels in the front I don't get who or why that was the design. It is hard to pull out myself. I am experiencing some issues with the temp control when it was first delivered I kept it on recommended but the temp was any where from 40 to 46 degrees so I dropped it down one dot now it's anywhere from 40 to 32 degrees some food actually freezes. I did let it adjust 24/48 hrs before switching just like the instruction booklet said to do. I put it back up to recommended. I don't get it.
