A few detract ions but overall seems solid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few things I've noticed after a month of ownership:
1) Both doors will vaccum seal and makes for difficult opening sometimes
2) Freezer has a massive thermostat delta. I have set the freezer to warmest setting but have seen temp swing from -5 to +18. On the "Recommended" setting the bottom was -20 and the top was still around 18. Yes, that's nearly a 40 degree swing and far colder than necessary. The freeze is about 50% full and opened about 10x a day getting ice, etc.
3) Refrigerator trends cold. On "recommended" setting, I was seeing regular Temps between 28F and 35F. I bumped it back to a warmer setting and it's been staying between 35 - 39.

None of these items are deal breakers, just things I've noticed after a month.

We appreciate your detailed feedback, Geemoney22. We always want to be there when our owners need help! Without a proper seal, refrigerators wouldn’t be terribly effective. The larger the temperature difference between the inside and outside air, the greater the pressure of the vacuum. This is why fridge and freezer doors are hardest to open when they have already been opened recently. Your ice maker should produce 2 to 2.5 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period. Continuously opening and closing the door can also interfere with how much ice is produced. However, feel free to reach out to us should you feel this is not helpful.
