[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new fridge. Defrost drain pan overflowed in just five days. I emptied it, but it overflowed about 6 days later again. I see there's no evaporator fan, that it uses defrost water to cool the refrigerant. Makes it quiet, but water is not evaporating fast enough.
Fridge works normal. Freezer is below 32 degrees, and fridge stays around 48 degrees, so it's working. Doors seal really well. Front of fridge is about 1/4 inch higher than back, so doors close properly. I'm in So. California, so local humidity is low. "Fanless" evaporator coils seem to be a design flaw. I put a drip pan on the floor for now, but this needs a fix or it will rot my floor. Please advise!!!

from day one i have had trouble. water on my floor everyday and some days 2 times a day. there seems to be a problem with the gasket on the freezer door. i can feel cold air blowing out of the freezer door where the gasket is by the hinge of the door. i am sure the compressor is running overtime to cool off the freezer. i have tried several times with the store i bought the unit from to see if they can do anything to correct this. cant tell you how many rolls of paper towels i have used to clean up the water from my kitchen floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fridge is wonderful, but the delivery guys messed up the gasket seal when they changed the direction of the door. I've been having service come out twice to fix the situation. I like the fridge. It could definitely use a cheese drawer though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors still do not close without active attention and push. The freezer configuration is very nice, however the lack of a light is not helpful. The refrigerator configuration is bare bones. The vegetable/fruit drawers do not operate smoothly and easily. According to the owner's manual, the glass shelves are essentially fragile and unable to tolerate any heat such as anything above room temperature put inside to chill/store. The unit does keep food cold/frozen.

I love the lighting in it and I do believe that it has even more space than my old refrigerator even if it's the same size. Everything stays an even temperature and it runs so quietly that you can barely hear it. The exterior barely shows any fingerprints and cleans away easily. Being energy efficient, I am sure that my electric bill will be going down. Happy customer.
