I have had three pairs of these in two and a half years. They are easy to lose and this last pair made it about 9 months before dying. They are fragile. One fell on the ground and cracked. 10/10 would NOT recommend and will not be getting another pair.

Failed Product

Bought these at a casino "buy with player points" event. I've used them lightly (45 minutes per day) for about three weeks. Recently the right bud will suddenly stop working, giving me only a faint static sound. I return them to the charging case and next day they will work fine, for about 10 minutes. Then right ear bud fails again.

Thanks for your feedback. Resetting your JBL Endurance Race TWS may fix the issue, much in the way rebooting a computer or phone fixes many problems. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again.

Note: RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again.

Disappointed

The right ear bud stopped making sound about 5- 6 months after purchase. The warranty process was pretty simple and JBL replaced them quickly. However, about two months after receiving the new ones, the sound in the right ear bud got buzzy for a few minutes and then stopped working. I really liked the sound when they worked but I'll be trying a different brand.

Bad fit

Sound is ok, fit terrible. Tried all 3 rubber rings for ear size, fall out constantly. The square shape feels odd in ear. Would not recommend

Thanks for your feedback. In order for your JBL Endurance Race TWS to give you a tight seal within your ear canal. First, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from a third-party retailer that is compatible with our JBL Endurance Peak 3 and will fit your ear. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Sound quality is honestly not bad at all. It definitely has kick in both directions but leans towards base. It is water resistant but from personal experience it doesn’t have the best resistance out there. In really heavy rain the audio tends to do strange things. They’re not the most comfortable to wear but they aren’t bad either, they stay in pretty well most of the time for me. Honestly I love mine and you definitely won’t be disappointed if you get them, but I’m sure it you look hard enough you could find something better. Still I do absolutely recommend it for the price

Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Race TWS does not have a noise cancelling feature. It is designed with Ambient Aware where you can enjoy listening to music while increasing ambient sounds, and Talkthru, it lowers music and speech is amplified. If you're interested, you may check out our JBL Tune Buds 2 that has Adaptive Noise Cancelling.

Not a great fit

Not a huge fan of how they fit. I've tried the different earbud attachments and unfortunately has not solved my issue of them not fitting correctly. When I can get them to stay in for a bit, the sound quality is great
