These are great earbuds however the only problem is sometimes it hard to tell which one is the R or L. Maybe have bigger letters or differening colors for the inside of each bud for us blind peeps. I love the feature where they are so easy to reconnect to phone if disconnected. Perfect!

I bought these earbuds about three weeks ago, and I absolutely love them. The sound quality is amazing. So many earbuds have really strong bass, but cant keep the mids and highs sounding good, these can! Bass is punchy and plentiful, mids and highs are clear and sharp. An amazing product. I also purchased a JBL go 3 and UPS lost it. I contacted JBL via chat, told them the situation and within 24 hours a new speaker was shipped to me. Very happy with the entire experiance.

Quality is exceptional! Easily connects to my phone with a simple setup. Are somewhat waterproof. I was mostly wondering if they would survive a quick swim. Handles up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
The only downside is that my ears must be oddly shaped. They like to fall out sometimes but I think that may just be me.

Faulty sound.

I bought this and expected both speakers to work. But the right dies out at random times despite being fully charged. This issue happened within a week of first opening and using the brand nes headphones.

I absolutely love these. I struggle to find buds that don't hurt my ears after long periods of wear time. I bought the Live Pro2 first and absolutely hated them. I decided to give these a try since I own the Endurance Jump for which seems like an eternity and love them. Glad I bought these. I was not disappointed. They don't hurt my ears, and they stay in place. I don't have to readjust them like I do with the Live Pro2. The only reason why I didn't give these 5 stars is because they don't charge while in the case like the Live Pro2 do. Any chance in the future they will be able to?

I really like these earbuds. They seem to have really good sounds quality, and the buttons are easy to learn. They also can get loud enough to hear over machines and wind, but quiet enough to hear people over without effort.
