The sound quality was super disappointing, person on end of call couldn’t hear a word I was saying. Honestly would’ve returned but wasn’t worth the hassle. I wouldn’t buy them again

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Endurance Race TWS. We understand that the sound quality and the fit of this product didn't meet your expectations. Our JBL Endurance Race TWS are designed to stay securely in your ears and come with three ear tip sizes (S, M, L) so you can find the best fit for your ear canal, which helps with both comfort and stability. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need assistance, please contact us here: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact
I bought these headphones a month ago, but they don't fit well and keep falling out. Also, there's a noise coming from them, like there's a problem with the speaker. I'll have to return them.

I’m so happy I got these for free because these are the worst wireless headphones I have ever used. They do not fit in my ears, no matter the earbud size. No noise cancellation. Constantly falling out of my ears during a workout, and when I adjust, the music pauses and stops. 0/10

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. Our JBL Endurance Race is designed specifically for sports and outdoor activity, which is why it does not include active noise cancellation. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Regarding the music pausing when you adjust the earbuds: the touch sensor on each bud controls play/pause with a single tap. When repositioning the earbuds during a workout, accidental taps can trigger this gesture. You can minimize this by adjusting the earbuds gently from the edges (not the touch surface). These are by far the worst earbuds I've ever owned! Terrible sound quality to start, earbuds will not retain a charge, constantly losing power to one bud or the other, product did not come with a charging cable as described. I would avoid

Thank you for your feedback. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease etc. It can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. It would also help the quality of sound improve. If this does not resolve the issue, feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance. https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact

Great quality definitely glad I switched my earbud brand. I went from beats to JBL. And JBL last longer on time I don’t have to charge them as much as I had to do with beats. So Happy with my decision I will be buying another pair.
