With these I am well pleased

I bought these based on the promise that they stay in your ears no matter what you are doing. I'm very pleased that they fit the bill, after a few weeks of testing them both stationary and while chasing my dog around the dog park. It took a couple tries to find the best fit, and each ear needs a different size, but I'm glad it came with various options to create the best fit. The sound is full and it's fun using the App (iOs capable) to try different sound qualities. The noise-cancelling feature will be very helpful when traveling on an airplane, but it is a little discomforting while out in the world where it's good to know what's going on around you, even with the ambience awareness adjusted. Overall, I'm glad I made a good choice in these earbuds. I'm a fan of JBL speakers anyway, this solidifies it.

Don't buy if you need help with setup and use

I'm someone who has never used wireless earbuds and could use some instructions on how to use these things. The instructions were crudely drawn pictures with hardly any text and the text was too small for me to read.
Products and companies that provide little to no service with hardly any instructions on how to use the product is a pet peeve of mine.

Base was good until the fell out

Great sound

Excellent bass, great price. Much better sound than my old Jabra Elite 75t. Doesn't fit quite as well.

Quality is exceptional! Easily connects to my phone with a simple setup. Are somewhat waterproof. I was mostly wondering if they would survive a quick swim. Handles up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
The only downside is that my ears must be oddly shaped. They like to fall out sometimes but I think that may just be me.

I love this earbud! They are some of the only moderately priced earbuds that truly last an entire workday without the need to recharge. I have small ears and they fit great, don't hurt and don't fall out. I have one set that I keep at my office and bought a second pair to use when I walk my dog. I've sung their praises to many people... However, that was before the problems started.
My only complaint is after six months they drop sound in one earbud. This has now happened twice. Since it's within the first year they'll send me new ones at no charge, but it's frustrating to be using them fine one day and the next day there's no sound. I guess I'll just keep sending them back until I can file a claim on the extra protection plan I bought to maybe buy something else.

We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Race. A simple cleaning will almost always fix this problem. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. This allows you to make one side louder than the other. Be sure that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered) on your Apps and Source device.
