Do not last long. Faulty Product

I bought these earbuds about a year ago, this was my second time buying them as the first were not as sweat resistant as advertised-thought I just got a faulty pair. But I didn't feel the need to leave a review then, now I do. These current earbuds were not playing music out of nowhere. I reconnected them/troubleshooted, but they BLASTED A HIGH PITCH NOISE IN MY EAR! Nearly damaged my eardrum! It started playing the noise it plays when you lose an earbud when i was just pressing play on Spotify. These are so dangerous! Highly recommend spending more for the other more reliable brands like Beats or Apple - your eardrums will thank you!

Audio is second to none!!!

I got mine two days ago and they sound amazing.
But I’m having trouble with phone calls.
Calls are breaking up.
Maybe I need a day or two to figure out how to use them correctly.
But for the sound quality and price there’s nothing better, and I own Bose ,Beats and Sony.

The best sport earbud you can get!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are definitely the best sport earbuds I've used! The sound is fantastic!
What I love is the fit, These are just the right size. They stay in your ear great. The side controls are easy to use, and learn.
The volume goes nice and high. Too many earbuds I've used are just too quiet. With this being said, the smart ambient is an awesome feature. You can't even notice its on, until it makes you feel alert of your surroundings. A perfect feature to keep you safe on the streets!
My favorite part is the App integration. I can only speak for the Android version, but its awesome! This is the first EQ I've used that doesn't just lower the opposite sound spectrum of what you adjust.
I have zero cons on this set!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still getting to know them as I purchased them as an I love myself present due to be “opened” on my bday. Well I couldn’t resist the wait and need lol yet it’s only been a few days of having them. So far I can say…They are more comfortable in my small ears, they don’t come loose, and music sounds so great. Phone calls were a major improvement from my previous set. I still have yet to play with the app and use the tapping features. I can update later…!

Very User Unfriendly

I rarely write bad reviews after retuning the item. But this item has wasting me 1 week trying to make it work and it does not. I have contacted the customer service and the agent has a strong non-American accent thus it was annoying to listen to with frustrations, furthermore, her communication style is extremely confusing for not answering the direct questions you asked for thus missed the point I would like to find out and the answer she gave me was incorrect either. She seems not able to answer a question by saying "Yes. it can do so" or " No. it cannot do so. The only way to have it done is ....". Customer can provide communication emails to prove what she meant by this.
When it comes to the product, it is under satisfactory. I have a Windows 10 PC, the charging progress is not showing, it always says 10%. The App does not have a place to show the percentage of charging either, although the customer service agent mentioned that there was. One of the most disappointed experience I have gotten.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our JBL Endurance Race charging percentage won't show on the JBL Headphones App. We currently have no Apps designed for PC yet. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll make sure to share your feedback with the appropriate team.
