Terrible earbuds

These are by far the worst earbuds I've ever owned! Terrible sound quality to start, earbuds will not retain a charge, constantly losing power to one bud or the other, product did not come with a charging cable as described. I would avoid

Thank you for your feedback. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease etc. It can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. It would also help the quality of sound improve. They sucked even on sale

The sound quality was super disappointing, person on end of call couldn’t hear a word I was saying. Honestly would’ve returned but wasn’t worth the hassle. I wouldn’t buy them again

Great but not actually waterproof

I bought this product and have been really happy with it until it broke. The first time the earbuds suddenly stopped working and charging after coming in contact with water (not submerged). I was able to get new earbuds because they were still under warranty. Those worked great until just yesterday when they fell out of my pocket and into the shallow part of my community pool. Fished em out immediately and set them in sun to dry and then left them next to my dehumidifier for a few hours. Both the case and one earbuds still work but the other is completely dead. Won’t charge, won’t connect to anything. Very disappointed because the description of these headphones specifically describes them as ready for accidental drops into water. And now, my warranty is over so of course I can’t file for that and get a replacement. So great product just be very careful with water. Definitely not as waterproof as they claim to be….

Left earbud already having issues.

Bought this on sale ealrier this month and the left earbud is already having issues. It's not at the same volume as the right earbud, would sometime produce no noise at all or worse produce a indescribable noise. Would not buy again.

Thanks for your inquiry. To get the best sound from your JBL Endurance Race, ensure a tight seal by angling the ear tip downward, twisting the earbud to fit securely, and maintaining that seal. If volume is still imbalanced, clean the contact pins with alcohol and a cotton swab, then dry them. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

We’d like to help you with your JBL Endurance Race TWS. Please start by checking the equalizer settings on your phone and setting them to default. If you are using an equalizer in the app, try turning it off as well. We also recommend trying to connect your product to a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset. Take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth devices. Press either the left or right earbud two (2) times, then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put both earbuds back inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and try pairing them again with your device to see if it fixes the issue. If the issue persists, please note that our products include a 1‑year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Audio is second to none!!!

I got mine two days ago and they sound amazing. But I’m having trouble with phone calls. Calls are breaking up. Maybe I need a day or two to figure out how to use them correctly. But for the sound quality and price there’s nothing better, and I own Bose ,Beats and Sony.
