Great Earbuds, worth the purchase!

These are some really good earbuds. They sound great and don’t feel uncomfortable in the ears after 30 minutes. My only issue is that they tend to randomly disconnect and take a minute or two to reconnect during phone calls.

Not (earwax) sweatproof

So, this is NOT waterproof earbuds as it claims to be !
It can't handle some sweat and earwax when you're running and sweating.

Right one is lower volume. I tried nipping it into water and soap, worked for some time, until i got sweaty again, and I guess not so much sweatproof.
It may be "waterproof" in way most buds are, if you splash it on whole casing, but its not waterproof in keeping same sound or even volume quality if you simply get sweaty from exercise and sweat doesnt evaporate as quickly
(i even tried immediatelly drying it off, after running, also cleaning my ears (i guess i looked weird cleaning ears like that in public, but to take off any sweat, but still made no difference)

Not noise cancelling

I thought this would be noise cancelling but it is not. I have loud mouthed guys that come in at night and I need to drawn them out. I still can hear every word spoken.

Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Race TWS does not have a noise cancelling feature. It is designed with Ambient Aware where you can enjoy listening to music while increasing ambient sounds, and TalkThru, it lowers music and speech is amplified. If you're interested, you may check out our JBL Tune series earbuds which has noise cancellation features.

High volume level seems like medium level and medium is low.

To get the best possible sound from our JBL Endurance Race TWS, the most important step is achieving a secure, airtight seal by angling the earbud downward and gently twisting it into place. We recommend experimenting with all the provided ear tip sizes to find your perfect fit, as a proper seal instantly improves bass and clarity. If you’ve found that perfect fit but still notice a volume difference, the issue is typically caused by minor debris on the ear tip screen, a balance setting that needs to be centered in your app's accessibility menu, or a temporary glitch with your source device. Taking a moment to clean the tips or test them with another device usually resolves this quickly and gets your audio back to a balanced, high-quality level. If the steps didn't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

I do not like the sound quality or the fit. When I put them in it almost sounds like the outside noise gets louder. I tried all three sizing options and they still fall out of my ears. I would prefer a refund

To get the best possible sound, create a tight seal by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on. I bought this around a month ago and the left ear is almost impossible to hear. The right one is pretty quit but I can still hear out if it.

Wonderful earbuds! The audio us really good with nice balanced sound and deep bass when neet it. The design its pretty comfortable and solid. The only concern i found was how light and thin the charging case is and how weird the loop feels in the ear. Other than that the earbuds and well made and really good quality! Really happy with them.
