Short Life

Man. On my second pair, the first pair went out after about a year. The case stopped charging them but showed a charged battery. My second pair, I lost one so I used one of my buds from the first pair. Worked great. But again, the case went out after a year and a half and stopped charging them overnight. Kinda sad it happened twice.

We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Race TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. i take them everywhere

have tested the waterproof feature in moderate rain, no audio issues after 30min walk. the rubber u-shape bit behind the tip keeps it in your ear very securely. was a bit painful at times on the left ear, cuz i wear them for multiple hours a day, ive since gotten used to it. my one complaint is that when u have connectivity issues and they disconnect, then reconnect, the audio becomes desynced between the left and right earbuds

Bought as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The sound isn’t loud at all and has progressively gotten lower after each use. It’s only been a couple weeks. Waste of money

Very Large Earbuds

The sound is great but the size of these earbuds are so huge that they don’t even fit in my ears. I actually have them away. I sure wish someone would have left a review like this so I could have been warned and got the tiny pair.
