Stopped working

The earbud will eventually stop working. I have purchased 2 of these and randomly the right earbuds won’t play but can still control the left earbuds. I really liked them because they stay in place during runs but once they stopped working properly they are pretty much worthless. I’ve followed all the steps the fix the issue but it continues to happen.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue with your JBL Endurance Race. Try connecting the headphones to other devices or try playing other music from other sources. You may also perform a reset with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If these steps don't work, to further assist you, please contact us.

Can't hear output, the volume is set so low and seemingly impossible to change.

Love These

I absolutely love these. I struggle to find buds that don't hurt my ears after long periods of wear time. I bought the Live Pro2 first and absolutely hated them. I decided to give these a try since I own the Endurance Jump for which seems like an eternity and love them. Glad I bought these. I was not disappointed. They don't hurt my ears, and they stay in place. I don't have to readjust them like I do with the Live Pro2. The only reason why I didn't give these 5 stars is because they don't charge while in the case like the Live Pro2 do. Any chance in the future they will be able to?

Charging port completely unprotected from moisture

The headphones work fine and stay in my ears better than id expected, but the problem is that they are marketed as dust and waterproof which seems to be the case with the earbud but the case itself isnt even close to either of those and due to what seems to be an unchangeable setting if the earbud go into standby mode there is no way to turn them on or reconnect them to a phone without putting them back into the case. I often leave the earbuds in and use them sporadically through the day for music or phone calls but if i stop doing either of those things i have to fish the case out of somewhere and fiddle with it and now the charge port is already corroding.

Trouble Shooting Issues

The sound quality is great but I have a problem where only one of the earbuds will play at a time. I followed some tutorials online to try and find a solution but havent been able to get them to work properly again. Really frustrating.

We appreciate your feedback. To reconnect the left and right earbuds of your JBL Endurance Race TWS. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then manually pair the two earpieces together. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and ensure they have sufficient battery then tap three times on each earbud simultaneously, and the LED indicator lights will start flashing Blue. This will put the earbuds in pairing mode and they will then attempt to re-establish the wireless connection between the left and right earbuds. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

I’m happy they connected first try to exercise bike at my gym. My cheap Tozo earbuds didn't even register.
Besides looking cool, they stay put.

This is TRULY a good product, love it for snowboarding, LOVE it for mountain biking. If you want a actually good product that stays in your ear like a boss, go JBL!
