Didn't Work

They didn't work at all. I charged them fully, then tried to use them but the right earpiece cut out and had constant static, the left ear didn't work at all. I have returned them for a refund.

stopped working

Well I don't think I've even use these for a month, and the left one stopped working. I haven't tried yet to contact JBL for a refund or a replacement or some thing. But I am very disappointed. I know it's not the case which is also the battery, because I charged it in the right earbud works fine. It looks like the left one isn't charging. I will change this if I have better results overtime

We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Race TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. As brand new I’m sure they’re absolutely fire

I bought this as a refurbished set after a number of other set continuously had the right earbud going out, and although they for the most part sound fantastic, there is an issue with the right earbud with this set as well. Sound is still loud, but ends up sounding staticky only in the right earbud. Otherwise, mic quality, fit and performance are great.

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Endurance Race TWS. First, try to connect a different device to the headphones to determine if the problem is with the device or the headphones. Next, reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair it again. Please know that RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. If the issue remains, please contact us.
