Good product, good brand

I bought this a couple weeks ago and have loved using it, it is awesome and smooth, though I would like it if you could buy just the faceplate and not the entire controller as I would love to be able to switch the faceplate out without needing to get another controller, though remapping the buttons on the back of the controller is not very intuitive and you need to read the manual to figure it out
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but having trouble

This controller seems to work great however when I connect any headphones or head set to the controller the audio stops working. Showing that the USB has no sound. I even went and bought a pdp headset thinking this would solve the issue but unfortunately not. So I am left with connecting my headset to the switch directly not utilizing the headphone jack on the controller. It’s a bit to bad that is why I bought this controller.

I bought this product to take advantage of the 3.5 mm jack port, but it turns out the sound level offered it’s kind of a shame. I didn’t expect great sound quality, but at least a pretty good decent sound level just to get a nice game experience.
The main characteristic offered, jack port, is very poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Rumble

Warning to buyers this class of products has no rumble feature. Otherwise it is an okay alternative to the Pro controller as you can plug headphones directly into this controller’s headphone jack. I will still be looking for a Pro controller with a headphone jack elsewhere.

I bought this for my son specifically because it has the 3.5mm headphone jack for him to attach his gaming headphones. He’s very happy with it.

I bought this controller a couple months ago,and it worked great.Great quality and everything,but in the middle of august it stopped working,at first i thought it was the 3rd party hori multi port stand that i was using.After this time it would work and sometimes it wouldn't.Even if I used it on the dock.I've tried acouple things but they havent worked,any reccomendations.Besides that major flaw its a great controller.
I would recommend this to a friend!
