This is my second Faceoff Deluxe+ (if that doesn't say enough). Loved my purple one and so did my brother so I purchased one for whenever he comes over. He loves the same aspects of it that I did. Great weight and feel. Solid construction, joysticks are smooth, buttons are crisp. Aesthetically pleasing too. Love the rich red color. AND OF COURSE, the paddle buttons in back. Gives you the abillity to use buttons that you would normally have to play Twister with your fingers to reach. Love this controller and PDP as a company.

Just bought this controller. The main reason I bought this was so that I would have extra button options and be able to chat in fortnite. This gets the job done.
The controller's quality is decent, and the color is nice. I like that they made rims around the thumbsticks to make them more easy to hold your thumbs on as well. The forward-facing buttons and d-pad are very satisfying and smooth when pressed. I actually like them more than the nintendo switch pro controller's abxy buttons. The shoulder buttons are honestly a little odd to me, but that's not that big of a deal. I kinda wish they would've made the ZR and ZL buttons more like the nintendo switch pro controller's, to the point where they're not curving upward. It makes it easier to press when they're more flat. The removable faceplate makes the controller makes the controller easy to customize, but more importantly easier to clean. I will say that the grip is a little weird when I have to reach the back paddles, but I only just got the controller, so I'll try to get used to it. Every game doesn't require the paddles, so it's good that you can either remove them if they get in your way or just remove their mapped functions. I like the convenience of being able to mute your microphone and change volume a lot. It saves you the trouble of having to go into the settings, particularly if you can't already mute your headphones.
Funny thing is that I once had the downgraded version of this controller, but it became unusable due to the USB getting bent. That isn't the developer's fault, however. This one is definitely improved in many ways, and I'll do my best to make sure it lasts longer. Overall, this is a great controller for what it offers, and in my opinion is definitely one of the most unique. I will update this review if need be.

It just came in and when i started my switch i had no problems paring or using the audio jack. I rather use this instead of the pro controller that Nintendo made.

The 8 direction glich

i bought it a month ago and there were no issues before but it happened when i unplugged my mic and the glitch happened. i can only go 8 directions: up, up right, up left, left, right, below, below right, below left. Can someone help me out because i don't know what to do! ):

Amazing "traditional" controller for Switch !

Our family far prefers the old school style controllers vs. the new joy-cons for Nintendo Switch so these PDP Faceoff Deluxe+ Audio controllers are amazing for our use. We just got a new Nintendo Switch OLED with the bigger screen and Black & White color theme, so this new controller is a perfect fit with the new console. The buttons are snappy and responsive and work consistently well across all the favorite games.
