decent freezer

Limited room, we have a need to a larger freezer. The door suctions and sometimes hard to open

When the freezer door is opened, warm air rushes inside. When you close the door, all of the warm air rushes to the evaporator which creates a vacuum. This will cause the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. For more information, we recommend referring to the link below:

Hard to open

The door is impossible to open with one hand. I have tried Vasoline around the gasket. Does not help. I am very unhappy with the freezer because of this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have only had this freezer for a week. It has definitely made a difference in our ability to organize our frozen goods and works well. The only thing I would change is the wire shelves. If you buy in bulk and then portion out to freezer bags you really have to watch to ensure nothing falls through. If it does, your food is almost impossible to get out.
