Got this a few weeks ago and seems to be working great so far. Door is a little hard to open but the size is good for us us.

Cant get to zero

Anyone else having trouble getting this frezzer to get to zero. Tried all the settings and about 10 ° is the coldest it gets. Not going to be good for long term storage. Got a protection plan, might have to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
