Awful experience; uncomfortable mattress

I took your online quiz to help choose the mattress and followed your recommendation. My reward was losing circulation in my shoulders and arms. Now I am trying to return the mattress and getting a run-around because I have not yet submitted myself to a full 30 days of uncomfortable sleep. Terrible policy.

Best mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this mattress a week and I’ve never slept better! It feels pretty firm to the touch but it’s somehow SO comfortable still. I sleep on my stomach and my husband sleeps on his side and we both love it so much. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Five stars. So good that I immediately ordered another for our guest room. This mattress is very comfortable - i was having pain in my back from my old mattress and this has alleviated that issue. I switch between side sleeping and on my back.
