The Original Hybrid Mattress feels like you’re laying on a cloud without being too soft and still having support. Casper did great with this product. Will definitely be a returning customer. Not supportive, causes back pain.

We bought the hybrid thinking it would provide better support for us but it unfortunately didn't work out this way. Both my partner and I have been getting back pains with this mattress. We gave it a good try hoping our bodies would get used to the mattress, this hasn't been the case. It's pretty unfortunate that this product doesn't meet our expectations. The mattress itself is soft, I would not call it medium firmness as stated on the web.
