The bed really supports my hips but does not feel like a rock, just the right amount of firmness. I wake up feeling very rested and I do not get hot while sleeping. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on my Casper for about two weeks. The first morning I was a little stiff, but my body has adjusted and I sleep well. I echo what other reviewers have said about the edges of the mattress being too soft and the chemical smell being overwhelming. I put a mattress protector on and that has significantly reduced the smell, but it is still lingering. Overall, I do enjoy the mattress for sleeping, but I haven’t seen any significant improvement over my previous mattress yet. I suspect time will tell.

unboxing the mattress was the fun part, watching it come to life while it unrolled ,amazing how they could get it in the box . cannot compare this to any other mattress no springs to deal with , firm but fits to your body perfectly , best night sleep in over 70 years . I can and will recommend the Casper mattress to anyone , with or without back issues .

Unboxing: was a little bit of a struggle to get it out of the box, but that was because I was by myself in an small area. Once it was out of the box it basically sets itself up.
Mattress itself: very comfy. Honestly one of the softest mattresses I've ever slept on. Would definitely recommend.
