I wanted this mattress to work so badly! I did so much research beforehand, got opinions from friends who LOVE their Caspers, and was so excited to purchase our first Casper mattress. I was impressed with the buying process and shipping experience though...there's even a handwritten note in each box! We are about 3 weeks into it, and I think I will be returning it though because I am a side sleeper and have woken up with neck/shoulder pain everyday since using this. It's a bit too firm for me and I toss and turn all night and feel like I did when we brought our newborn son home who never slept (I'm basically a zombie all day). We also got the pillows and they are pretty much the worst thing I've ever used in my life (flat/unsupportive), but the pillow-in-pillow thing was a creative concept. So, sadly, this mattress was not for us, but for stomach/back sleepers I think it would be great. It's not a "one size fits all" kind of mattress though in my opinion. (But thankfully, they have the 100-night trial!)

I have never slept so good in my entire life. WE love our Casper bed. Unfortunately, it has been causing my husband to now snore louder than ever, LOL! Best investment ever! Our dog loves it too...we are probably going to buy him his very own Casper bed.

It’s firm but soft, doesn’t get too hot, well made and provides a wonderful sleep. Whoever thought that metal springs in mattresses were the answer ...was CRAZY. The sheets and pillows are well worth the price. I have tried the competitors but there’s a reason casper reigns supreme. Great customer service too.

Easy to unbox and it re inflated by itself, No offensive or irritating smell. I've only had it a month so far. It IS better than what it replaced however it is already beginning to sink in where I lie. I am finding myself rolling or sliding onto " higher ground" where it is more level and firm. I am 6' and 205lbs. Not sure If I will keep it yet, will give it a little more time
