[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my casper mattress so far. I have only been using it for about a week now, but so far it is great. It is a little softer than I am used to but the structure doesn’t hurt my back as other softer mattresses have in the past.

No more back pain

I had been sleeping on the same old innerspring mattress for something like 17 years. It had definitely served its purpose, but by the time I realized I needed a new mattress, I had been waking up with bad back pain for months. I just spent the first night on my new Casper Wave, and woke up this morning with no back pain at all. I am psyched out of my mind and SO happy I gave Casper a chance.

Unfortunately disappointed after much anticipation

I gotta be honest. I don’t doubt Casper makes a fine product for most but for me i don’t think it’s going to work out. I was so excited to get it and had been waiting a while to justify the cost of getting a new mattress. There are tons of mattress companies and alternatives but I was set on Casper for a while as I knew they were a pioneer and are endorsed by people I typically trust. I can tell it’s a good mattress but causes me severe lower back pain that intensified as the night goes on. I feel comfortable when I first get into bed but after laying in it for a couple hours or so it can get so bad I often wake up hours before i Intend to or I sleep through it only to be in more pain when I finally do awaken. Not sure what is causing this but it does have me a bit concerned since I’ve never had this issue with previous mattresses I’ve owned or used temporarily. I am extra concerned because I just went in on the purchase of a vacation home and bought all Casper mattresses for it as well. Those I’m sure will work fine for most of the people using them but am a little bummed about my situation truthfully. I don’t like to bash companies with bad reviews online especially when I can tell it’s a legitimate company but I’m pretty sure this is a review directly to Casper so i thought at least I would share my experience with you. I am supposed to move the other ones I bought this next weekend but am having serious second thoughts even tho others will mostly be using them.
