We are very pleased and happy with our Casper Mattress!
Everything arrive on time; setup was swift and easy. The reason we purchased this mattress was to provide the best sleep possible for our daughter with special needs. And, us as we often need to letdown with her. Compared to our standard old mattress; there is no comparison.
Casper is an outstanding product, and have recommended it numerous times since we first slept on it.

There’s so much to like and admire about this bed and this company. I like the transparent way that the company has decided to do business, particularly given how opaque the mattress industry is. I had high hopes for this bed, but unfortunately it is too soft for both my husband and I. He can sleep on the bed without experiencing severe pain in his shoulders while I experience only moderate pain in my neck, shoulders, and hips. We have been sleeping on it for two weeks hoping that our bodies adjust to it as we really wanted to work for us. If you need a firm mattress, this one most likely will not work.

Unboxing was a weird, fun experience; would love to see the machine that crunches the mattress down to a size that can be stuck into a box. Noticeably less effect from spousal movement. Previous mattress was only five years old, and had developed obvious ruts. Have only been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks, but would definitely suggest consideration to friends.

For years I've had trouble falling asleep but since I got this, I've fallen asleep in minutes every night and wake up refreshed and ready to go.
