As noted, I am 83 and I was able to unbox and put on bed with little trouble. All previous mattresses we have had were of the innerspring type. I was a little leery of trying a different kind. Pleasantly surprised at the support it gave. Both my wife and I are over 200 lbs and it has been a good mattress for both of us. It was important for my wife as she has back problems and is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. Love it so far!
