Unboxing the mattress was fun; watching it inflate was cool. From the first night sleep was comfortable and I slept through the night. I would definitely recommend the mattress to anyone. The pillows are also very good and really keep their shape. Mattress pad is comfortable. Unboxing the frame was not fun because I had to carry it up stairs, but construction was very simple and easy.

The box was a little banged up when I received it. There were holes in it and it was dirty and I was a bit worried that the mattress was going to be damaged/dirty. Nope, it was absolutely perfect and was not damaged at all. The packaging, itself, for the mattress, was great and I had to have two of my friends help place the mattress on my bedframe (I purchased a queen sized mattress so it was going to be difficult to place the mattress on my bedframe myself.). Right when we cut off the plastic, the mattress came alive as the QUEEN it is. I've had this mattress for about a month and it S L A Y S. Best nights of sleep ever and it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Casper Mattresses will forever be BAE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my queen size Casper about a month ago. It was not too hard for me to set it up myself. I find it very nice that they give you 100 days to sleep on it and if you are not happy you can return it. As of now I see no reason whatsoever to send mine back.

We are floored with how much it has improved our quality of sleep. We both wake feeling so much more well rested and ready to tackle the day. My old mattress was just that-- an old mattress-- so a comparison with Caspar would be unfair. It served me well but had given up the ghost (forgive the Caspar the Friendly Ghost allusion). With the three month guarantee I figured I could take a chance-- and you guys were well regarded by a couple of my friends. Didn't want to thrash around taking serial naps in a mattress shop. The mattress-in-a-box delivery method meant that I didn't have to hassle with my building's management to book one of our elevators. I have been happy with the mattress. I have it on a platform bed. Don't see a need for a box spring which is a nice plus.
