Wanted to love this but it’s killing my back

We bought this for our first apartment under my girlfriends name. I loved how easy everything was to setup. We bought the original hybrid.. i loved the feel of it but every morning I wake up and my low back is hurting like it use to before I went to the chiropractor. So we will be returning this mattress.

My kids had the worst mattresses on the planet! Literally one was creating holes in itself (only 4 years old so I'm not sure what happened there. I finally was able to update them due to getting my property tax refund back from the State of MN being so prompt with their payments. The kids love their new beds and sleep very well! I can't wait until I get more money to be able to buy/upgrade my own, thank you!

Comfortable and soft while providing support. I don’t feel when my husband shifts around. Glad I chose a Casper mattress instead of a pricey Tempur-Pedic!

I had tried my friend's orignial mattress that she purchased Thanksgiving time last year 2019. I thought mine would be the same as hers was a little more firm then mine which I liked very much.
She bought the frame, foundation, and mattress just as I did.
Her frame also had wheels which mine did not come with.
I was told when I checked on the mattress that you had changed the
mattress some this year. I was disappointed because I like a firmer mattress and I did want wheels on my frame!
I was disappointed again. I like a firmer bed and when I asked about all
these things, I was told your mattress would not be any firmer.
I have back problems with my spine, I also have scoliosis and arthritis so this is what I need.
Your product was expensive but I decided to keep it as it would be too much of a bother to deal with it. I will be 89 next month and I have always had a fine frame, mattress an box spring!

I have waited so (too) long to “splurge” on a mattress and after extensive research and a few recommendations I finally decided to go with Casper. I couldn’t be happier...Hands down the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. And aside from the mattress the company’s overall design and marketing is top-notch. Haven’t had an issue yet so I can’t comment on their customer service just yet but a month in and everything is brilliant!
