Don't do it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the mattress for about 7 months and I have hated it for all 7 months. My partner and I are different sizes and sleep in different positions and we are both miserable. Back pain, neck pain, tossing and turning. I really don't understand the hype at all. We did a ton of research before we landed on Casper and we regret our decision every day. The pro- the fabric on the outside is nice and it was easy to set up.

I was skeptical about getting a mattress that came in a box, but this bed has changed my opinion and life. I purchased two twin XL mattresses and the king size adjustable bed frame. Even if I didn't have the adjustable frame, the mattress alone has been extremely comfortable and supportive. I am a hot sleeper and have yet to wake up drenched in sweat because the materials in the bed keep me cooler than my previous mattress. Let's just say that the adjustable frame with this mattress has made me relocate my office into the bed with the zero gravity setting. It's just too comfortable to leave now!

This is undoubtedly the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. My only complaint is that I wish there were handles on the sides of the mattress to make handling it easier. It's heavy and awkward to handle.

Needed a mattress fast for out of town relatives. Ordered on a Thursday and the mattress arrived two days later on Saturday. Put mattress on bed, cut plastic off and the bed was completely useable within 15 minutes. Very comfortable, firm, but soft on the hips. Very little odor, worried about that since I have heard that about Memory foams. I plan on ordering a king mattress to replace my bed this week. Also, ordered two of the pillows. Love them, firm but soft like I like them.

Casper Original= No Sleep

I have had the worst sleep of my life since owning my Casper Original Mattress. I am only able to sleep 4-6 hours a night. The mattress sleeps hot and causes me hip and back pain. I have had the mattress for about 7 months, and can't wait to get rid of it.

Instructions could be a little clearer to unroll it out. The slats on the foundation kept moving as the mattress was laid out on it. It's too hard for me.
