The unboxing was a treat to watch as the mattress grew and filled. Almost no odors so we were able to set it up in the afternoon and sleep on it that night. Very comfortable. Huge difference from our old spring mattress. Didn't realize how worn our old one was till we set up the Casper!

The store personnel were fabulous. The environment / climate of the store was welcoming and friendly. Positive. The “bedrooms” were great giving feeling of seriousness of the mattress while being fun and playful. Shipping and unpacking of mattress was simple and fun. This far mattress is very very comfortable. Would recommend to everyone. Not sure if Casper does this but it would be cool to take away old mattress when new Casper is delivered. Getting rid of mattresses is a pain.

I was sceptical at first because it felt softer thsn I’m used to. But after sleeping on it for a week I am very impressed. It is very comfortable and yet supportive at the same time. No more waking up with back pain. I highly recommend the Casper mattress.
