Best sleep I've had in a while!

Unboxing the mattress was a breeze and it's compact packaging made moving it into my new apartment a breeze! Also, as someone who has dealt with constant back pain due to a dorm mattress for a year, the Casper feels like a dream. Convenient, cost-effective, and comfortable!

Nice, especially if you like a firmer mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying it so far! The only reason I'm giving it four instead of five stars is because it's a little too firm for my taste, but I'm getting used to it. I've never slept on memory foam before, so that may have something to do with it.

I'm a side sleeper and started waking with a back ache and sore hips as I would toss from side to side at night when the pressure on one side got to much. Had a 10 year old box spring and mattress and figured it's time to replace. I did a lot of research on line, consumer magazines and even drove to a Casper store about 40 miles from home to try it out. The people in the store were very nice. No pressure! Went home and thought it over for a few more days and finally ordered on line. The order process, delivery and set up went flawlessly. I paid for delivery and set up because they would take away the old king size mattress and box springs. My aches and pains disappeared from the very first night. I was worried that it would sleep hot, but that is not the case. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

For years I've had trouble sleeping, I'd toss and turn and lay awake for hours. Since getting my Casper mattress I can fall asleep in minutes. I love how squishy yet supportive it is. Surprisingly setting it up was entertaining. It comes vaccum sealed and rolled up, so I simply just unrolled it and ripped the plastic open. It expands in a weirdly pleasant way and laying on it is equally pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress is comfortable, its a little less tall than a typical mattress, so watch out for that if your headboard needs a tall mattress. The platform was mislabeled as to what side was right side up, but we figured it out pretty quickly anyway.

As a person of size, my major concern is that the bed will not last the traditional 8 to 10 years you expect a mattress to last. For the price paid, the mattress needs to last 8 or more years. Additionally, the bed is too soft for me. Unfortunately, for the price paid and the softness of the mattress I will be returning the mattress.
