Never got to use because my bedframes haven't arrived and it's been over a month that these mattresses have been sitting in boxes. Very unhappy

The packaging is ergonomically designed for trouble free set. Staring with getting the mattress into your home and into your bedroom taking into account second floor set up. The mattress is wrapped securely that allows for easy maneuverability with and positioning of a queen size mattress by just one person. Perfect!
This is our second Casper. the first was a king size and after a little over a year to make sure the quality lived up to the claims, which it did we purchased the most recent.
We also took advantage of the refer a friend saving and now my parents our enjoying their Casper experience too.

Terrible - I loved my mattress at first, but now I'm so disappointed.

When I first received my mattress (Nova Hybrid), I loved it. It was comfortable and I was sleeping better because of it. However, After just over a year of owning this mattress, the edges have large indents in them and provide almost no support. Since the indentations only became apparent after the trial period, I cannot return/exchange it. I spent a lot of money on a mattress that I have to replace after owning it for only about a year and a half.

Great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did quite a bit of research on mattresses before selecting this one. I am primarily a side sleeper and I was having hip pain every morning when I woke up on my prior mattress, which was an aging Tempur-pedic. I was a little nervous since I did not get to test it out, but it all turned out very well. From the white glove delivery, to sleeping much better than I have in years, and not waking up aching every morning, this was a great purchase. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend it.

Original Sleeps Cool Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice mattress. I am a side sleeper and it is very comfortable. It also sleeps cool so there is no heat coming from mattress. It did not take long to get used to a foam mattress.
