[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. We replaced a 10-year-old Tempur-pedic with the standard Casper, and are very pleased. It is just as comfortable as the Tempur-pedic, but is cooler with a lower profile which works better with our furniture.

It’s a bit harder to sit on the side of the bed as it tends to not provide a great deal of sitting support at the edges of the mattress. It’s cool, and it was easy to get installed and the sheets put on it as well. Really enjoying it.

Then I heard Dr. Laura Schlesinger talk about the Casper mattress and we finally decided to take a jump on a new foam mattress. It’s the first foam mattress that we have ever had and we LOVE it!! We have both slept better than we have in months. Not only is it comfortable but when one of us moves we don’t shake the bed enough to wake the other one up. Hubby is so excited he’s telling everyone about our new Casper bed!

Unboxing was easy to set up. My previous bed had a huge human-sized dent in it, which made it very uncomfortable on my back. I am sleeping so much better on my new mattress. I live bicoastally, and set up both apartments with a Casper, to make it feel more like home.

I have had the mattress for almost a month. So far I just can't tell if I like it or notl. I have been having a lot of problems with finding a good fit for a bed.. This matteress seems nice and it initially seems to be comfortable, but I'm still waking up in the middle of the night very hot. I have to take the covers off and that is not normal for me. I travel a lot so I sleep in different beds and this is the only one I have this problem with regarding being hot. I don't have these problems in the Hotels I sleep in. I also wake up super sore in the lower back and neck. I do have the casper pillow AND the casper mattress cover, thinking that may be an issue.
I have talked to their customer service and they told me to try the bed a while longer and that's what I'm doing. I'm hopeful that I just need to get use to it.

I really liked not having to go to a mattress or furniture store with the high pressure sales and frankly, BS! I viewed the videos on the Casper website, YouTube and reviews on Consumer reports and the bed really lived up to those reviews. Pressure point pain on my hips was waking me up every night, and the first night on the Casper it was totally gone. My husband and I also got the pillows, which were awesome, too. We got the white glove service to have our old mattress removed, which was totally worth it. I have had my Casper for almost 2 weeks and am totally satisfied and would recommend.
