I sleep really good at night now, the mattress arrived fast and was very simple. It is the most comfortable mattress I’ve owned in years.

Unboxing was easy. Greatbed. Big difference from my ultra hard spring mattress. Body feels much better every morning. I have a prevarious back. I was reluctant to buy such a soft foam mattress but i like it. Still have sore back waking up a few days a week, but likely have that no matter what i sleep on. The only reason that I could not give it a 5 star rating (and I knew this) is the smell that foam mattresses emit. Its tolerable but at times can be noxious. I hope this dissipates or it may be a deal breaker up to the 100 day guarantee.

Great customer service and a comfortable bed

The bed is comfortable and the customer service fantastic. I had an issue with a defective mattress at first. I unpacked the mattress and the smell was quite overpowering. I expected an odor, based on other reviews I had read, but the smell should have dissipated after a day or two. A week later, it was still quite strong so I initiated an email conversation with Casper. At first they told me to wait another week and then see, but to make sure and unzip the cover which I hadn't done. It shouldn't take that long, they said, but it could. After the next week went by, I called and they immediately sent me another mattress, even though I wasn't asking for one. I was merely concerned that it was taking so long. Casper told me to unpack the second one and keep the first one for now. The second one arrived in a day or two and I unpacked it. The smell was gone after about three days and they picked up the first one about a week later. The first one still had a bit of an odor, even after a month. I'm sure it was defective as the second one doesn't smell at all now. Their customer service was superb - trusted me totally, never charged me for the second one and were extremely responsive. I am happy with Casper and the mattress and would use them again.
