We heard about Casper on the radio & thought we’d give it a try. It is perfect! Our daughter loves it so much, we ended up buying one for her too!

I spent a few weeks researching memory foam mattresses online because everyone raves about how awesome and inexpensive they are. They all say they are "medium firm" or "luxury firm." I decided on the Casper, as it claimed to be a medium firm, perfect for side sleepers with the zoned foam for max comfort.
Shipping was quick and the the unboxing was easy. There was a slight chemical smell, but that dissipated pretty quickly. At first, I thought I just had to adjust to a new mattress, which is why I decided to keep it for more than a month. We had the Casper mattress for about six weeks and it was ruining both of our backs. We're a young, 30-something couple with average builds (not over or under average height/weight), so there's no reason for both of us to wake up in so much pain and tired from not getting a good night's sleep.
There is nothing "firm" about the Casper. Our mattress was so soft and we sunk into the mattress very quickly. It was nearly impossible to roll over without physically pushing myself up. After such a short time, there were divots in the mattress, too! It also sleeps very hot, which means on some nights, I'd sleep on the couch so I wasn't roasting like a turkey. Anyway, I thought I had to spend a chunk of change on a good, comfortable bed. We found a much better mattress for our needs (a hybrid is the way to go if you need more support) and saved 60% on what a Casper costs with better financing options. I can't believe there are so many positive reviews for such a product. It's misleading, which is why I'm submitting my opinions.
I will say though, customer service was nice enough about the return process. We were able to schedule a local charity to pick up the lightly used mattress and hopefully, someone that needs it will be able to purchase it for next to nothing.

I haven't slept a full night in years, yesterday my husband set up our new casper bed, I got home from work and laid down on it, amazing is what I thought. We had supper I got ready for bed, and slept through the night, when my alarm went off I was in shock that the first night in a new bed I slept through the night, BEST PURCHASE EVER! So easy to set up, I slept through the night, and didn't sweat at all (which I typically do). Thank you casper!

The mattress itself is 5 stars hands down!! I cannot give 5 stars only because of ordering and shipping issues that caused a week long delay. I haven't slept this wonderfully in years. I am 6 months pregnant and fall asleep every night no problem! It took about a week for it to get in shape after unboxing it. .
