I was surprised at how easy the process was. Just had to get the box upstairs, take the mattress out, and undo the wrapper. Had a little difficulty getting it out of the box, but only took 10 minutes for the whole process. I'm still getting used to the feel of a foam mattress, but so far it's helped me get more sleep.

I have had the bed set up for a week now and last night noticed there is a divot in the mattress kinda like half a soccer ball. Don’t know if it is a manufacturing mistake or what. Will be contacting customer service soon. Hopefully won’t be an issue.

The unboxing was pretty easy. I have had back problems for 15-20 years, and it seems to have gotten progressively worse. I bought a sleep number in 07, and I really believe that might have been part of the cause. We've had the Casper up for a couple of weeks now, and, while my back isn't 100%, I find I am walking straighter. I like to read before closing my eyes, and lying flat on my back used to cut down on my reading time. But, this mattress does it's magic, and I can read till I fall asleep. Pretty cool.
