If you can't lift a bulky 60 pounds, it'll take 2 people to set up your mattress. The mattress comes vacuum sealed in a plastic wrap that we cut open with scissors. Be careful not to cut the mattress. It expands rapidly to full size and can be slept on within a few minutes The sleeping experience has been very good for the first 3 weeks of use. I would rate the firmness as a medium firm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All other brands of beds are on par with air mattresses as far as I’m concerned. Like - the really terrible ones that you take camping and then wake up at 3 o’clock in the morning on cold ground with a stick in your back because it deflated. That’s what all other beds are like after you’ve slept on a Casper. Casper’s are magical and will ruin you for life. Traveling? Oh, the hotel doesn’t have Caspers? I’ll stay home.
