We've had a king-sized mattress a couple of weeks and I have to say I am impressed. The bed arrived as expected, and very well packaged. We chose to put it together ourselves and that was very easy. The most difficult part is getting the mattress to the second floor of the house. We're also pleasantly surprised to find the mattress very comfortable. After 2 weeks, we feel a big difference. We're sleeping better and the bed is very comfortable.

I sleep all right but I wake up with a terrible pain in my neck and shoulder I asked the company if they can send me a pillow or had they told me to buy a plywood and put it under the mattress probably my last purchase with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We rented an airbnb and they had a Casper bed. We loved it and had to finally retire our old bed. I wake up and I don't have anymore back aches and my husband does not snore half as much as he used to. I have recommended this bed to so many people. When my friends come over they all want to test it. No one can believe this came to my door in a box. I can't say enough good things about this bed. I also added a 3" cooling pad because we get so hot when we sleep. So far we have not gotten hot. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Best Buy ever.
