I feel like I’m getting better quality sleep and waking up less often through the night than I did in my old bed. I love my new bed.

Unboxing the mattress was a fun treat! My daughter was concerned that it was super small and I told her " It's vacuum sealed, wait for it! " and then I cut open the plastic wrap. We watched it triple in size in minutes and it was awesome!
As far as comfort goes, I don't remember the last time I have slept so well. I go from my side to my back throughout the night and whichever way I lay, I am comforted by the mattress. It is literally an incredible experience every night!

Perfectly firm, soft in all the right places

Perfectly firm; slightly softer with more targeted support when you lie on your back, more even and solid when you lie on your side. Mattress gives a little when you climb into bed, or move around (let’s you sink in a 1/4” or so), then provides excellent support. Mattress arrives vaccumed packed, best opened on the bed (in place) or in the room where it will be used. Mattress has no handles. Mattress will have a chemical smell at first, it needs to air out for a while after unpacking before putting bedding on.

Too Tough to get a good nights rest.

My wife and I do not care for this mattress. Its like sleeping on a FOUNDATION. Very tough & unforgiving. We are far from pleased, we are considering returning it. Just not a fan, its not comfortable. We have ordered a $400 mattress topper made of latex to see if we can make it comfortable. But really the topper will make anything comfortable we think.

I was a little tentative about trying out Casper, or any non-traditional mattress at first, because we like firmer mattresses but with adequate top-layer softness for comfort. I was also worried about the heat accumulation and the smell most typical foam-based mattresses are susceptible to. Casper has none of these issues. It is very impressive how Casper managed to build a product that ticks all the boxes, and provides both support and comfort. It's hard to explain and can be best if experienced - don't sit on it to test it, though. You must lie on it. It's firm but it also have just enough give and cushioning to make it just right to sleep on. Our current mattress was a high-end pillow-top kind but every time I sleep long (7+ hours) on it, I'd wake up with a lower back pain. With Casper, pain no more. I love it!
