Should have done this a long time ago

So I’m notoriously frugal and had put off getting a new mattress for a long time. Just had my first night sleep on the Casper Hybrid and “oh my goodness”. It was bliss. Love it love it. So comfortable. Can’t wait to sleep again tonight!

I absolutely love my Casper mattress. I was having trouble sleeping due to pain in my hips and back. I ordered the Casper in hopes of that pain ceasing. My pain doesn’t keep me awake anymore and I sleep so well. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone!

It would have been just as comfortable to throw a sheet down on a concrete floor and sleep there. This mattress is the equivalent of a SUPER, SUPER, SUPER firm mattress. It did sleep cool though. It was extremely difficult to sleep at all on this mattress. Upon waking up from the little sleep that I did get my hips hurt, both shoulders hurt and my back hurt. After researching many other mattresses I thought that the Casper mattress was supposed to help with shoulder, hip, and back pain. If I am going to try to make it until the 100 night free trial is up I will have to buy a topper somewhere just to make it comfortable.
I would not recommend this mattress to anyone for any kind of reason it is so unreasonably uncomfortable.

Great mattress and great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved our Casper. We recently bought a king. We’ve had our 2 kids a dog and car on it. I had no idea when anyone moved or got in/out during the night. We originally thought our foundation didn’t fit our bed frame. We contacted customer service who set up return. After finding out it was user error. We contacted them and they reversed the return with no questions asked. Great customer care!!
