Found the bed I've been looking for but...

I purchased a Casper mattress after finally recognizing my old mattress was not doing it for me anymore. I did the typical going to the matress stores and flopping down on a few choice beds and imagining my future self trying to binge Netflix or get a good night's rest after a long days work. Long story short I did my research and went with Casper. I love the firmeness and don't feel like I'm sleeping on a stack of cardboard. Temperature of the mattress is ideal. During the summer I was not too hot and this Winter was not too cold. I got to say that the adjustable mattress frame is the way to go. Although a bit more expensive it's an investment on something I do nightly, which seems to make sense to invest in. If I were trying to find issues I would say the remote is in need of some real help. Although the actual remote is user friendly, it lacks the ability to not annoy the $tuff out of you by it's constant accidental button pressing. I'm scared to sneeze in that the bed will probably put me in a V position because the sheet touched it. Speaking of sheets, you'll need some "sheet suspenders" to not pull them off going from elevated back and back down again to sleep. I would suggest a double tap remote or a protective lid or something. If I'm making a wishlist then I'd also add a button on the bedframe that calls the remote when you hopelessly lose it in blankets, pillows, dogs, etc.. Having said that, I love this matress. I think you will too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SO comfortable. i was a little nervous at first when buying a mattress online. this is the perfect balance of soft yet structured. it provides so much support yet it feels like you are sleeping on a cloud! it is very well made and high quality. my cats love sleeping on it too lol! very impressed and happy with my purchase.

A great overall experience

I was a bit skeptical at first but after speaking to the sales people and trying the bed, I was convinced. I felt zero pressure from the sales associate to purchase the tubes. I’ve been using the bed for a week and am super satisfied.
