Although the mattress is soft and comfortable to sit or lounge on, for me it is too firm for sleeping. I am a side sleeper, and at 5'8", my 120 lb. body does not have enough weight at the shoulders or hips to sink into the foam enough for comfort. Since switching to Casper in June, I have gone through 3 different pillows trying to find one that sets my head at the correct height relative to my shoulder throughout the night. I also find myself waking up with my head smashed against the headboard because I migrate up at night due to being completely on top of the foam. I do appreciate that I don't disturb my partner when I get up early in the morning, and he has been sleeping much better since the switch. He is 6'0" and 185 lbs. If I can find the right pillow, the Casper will be more tolerable, however if I had known my size+sleep position was not compatible I would have tried a different option. I did not return because my partner likes the mattress, and I am not very confident I'll be able to find a mattress that offers the benefits of Casper that actually works for my size.

Good economical option, takes time to break in

I ordered a Purple and a Saatva mattress as well. Casper was the most comfortable and the cheapest of the three. I have a feeling like it will need to be replaced in 5-7 years, but for now, it's a good option.

Takes a while - but worth it

Took me a while to get used to it. At first def too hard for me, but we added the down alternative featherbed from Parachute and now it’s perfect. Love it so much. Amazing.

Mattress had a giant black smudge mark on it when it first came out of the box. The zipper to the top was off the track, and I almost thought I was going to have to return it. I was able to fix it myself, but not the quality that this company claims their products are. The corners of the bed are also still all curled up - not even really possible to sleep on it. I received it about ten days ago, but still haven't slept on it because it doesn't look right. Overall, not satisfied at all with this thing - will never buy again (it's also extremely soft - I swear it's just a giant piece of foam).
