Unboxing and setting up was a snap and with no help. The mattress was ready to use within minutes of receiving it. The first thing I noticed was the body heat build up that occurred in the old mattress was totally absent. This is huge to me. I have now slept on the mattress for about a month and have never had any issues with sleeping the night through. I highly recommend this mattress.

I opted for the take my old mattress and set up my new. The gentleman’s that brought it inside my home and put it up for me we’re great. They even showed me how to use my remote control on my base. I love how it feels, I look forward to my days I get to sleep in my bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing mattress, firm yet soft (although I chose the softer, I would choose firmer if I could go back), it is really comfortable. I was going to buy the less expensive 'other' brand, but decided against it after reading some of the sort of scary reviews about the smell and other issues, this one puffed up right out of the box, not a smell in the world, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something that is more comfy than the average boxy mattress.
