The mattress is on the firm side, it’s too hard for us. We gave it a chance and really wanted it to work. I prefer a mattress that is a little firm and my husband likes something softer. We feel that while it is comfy, it’s just not the mattress for us. It’s a great bed, well made, and a great deal, just not for us. We got our bed in August so we’ve been sticking it out for almost two months. Sad to say it’s just not the bed for us!

Like Goldilocks (with a bank account), I sent back one mattress because it was too firm (ouch!), another because it was too soft (that sinking feeling), and finally ordered a Casper Mattress. Just right! My Casper has the perfect amount of "give'' -- and a supportive infrastructure. My search is over and now I can snuggle up and live happily ever after. Five stars!
