Fantastic!

Love the Casper mattress! Durable and so so comfortable — comes in a reasonably sized box, but will definitely need two people to get it up stairs :)

Too soft

While the initial feel of the mattress is good, it is ultimately way too soft. The edges are also incredibly soft. It is not a good bed for doing any sitting on the bed or even sitting up in bed to watch TV or do anything on a laptop. This may be the right choice for some people, but if you’re looking for a firm mattress, I don’t think Casper is the best fit.

Mattress cover ripped - twice!

Came ripped all the way down to the mattress... called customer support who was awesome and sent a replacement, which also sadly had a huge rip. Luckily the second one didn’t go all the way through to the mattress. Customer service said they would send a cover and coordinate disposal of the first mattress but they just stopped responding or following up so I donated the first one, and sewed the cover of the second one. Nice to sleep on, comfortable! But after that experience I don’t know if I would recommend to friends.

Best sleep ever

Been suffering from back/necks since 2015 due to MVA. Sleeping was a hassle. Lookig for comfort. Tried everything. 2018 inhad another MVA that required spinal surgery. My Casper came in just in time and i tell you its been the best investment ive made. Highly recommend
