[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never write reviews so this is kind of a big deal for me. 16 Years of being on my feet doing intensive warehouse labor has left me in chronic pain all over my body and waking up in agonizing back pain every single morning. It has gotten progressively worse in the last 5 years. After the second night sleeping on The Casper, I woke up completely pain-free, even in my back and hips, and nearly was in tears when I told my husband because I thought being in pain was just a way of life at this point. Aside from waking up pain-free, I've also never slept better and actually sleep through the night instead of tossing and turning, or being woken up by the smallest of sounds. It's just been overall an amazing experience and literally the best investment I've ever made.

I really had high hopes for this mattress. And I wanted to love it. But my back has been in agonizing pain ever since sleeping on it. It’s like sleeping on a rock . It’s so hard. ... I don’t sink in at all. It doesn’t seem to hug my body or support my back at all. Very disappointed and I will be sending it back soon and trying Tempur-pedic or something a bit higher end . It does sleep cool though I’ll give it that.
