Shipping was fast and unboxing was extremely easy. I was able to get it in the bedroom and all laid out by myself with no problems.
The bed itself is amazing, it’s soft and squishy but firm at the same time.
The only thing I’d say, if I’m being completely honest is, I don’t really notice that much of a difference in my sleep or the way my body feels after I wake up. Maybe it’s because my old mattress wasn’t really “that” old (only a couple years) but I didn’t really see a change in that area.
Other than that, I do love my mattress and I totally recommend to anyone who actually needs a new one.

Unboxing was a snap -- very easy. This is for our guest room but -- to me -- it is now the best mattress in the house. It very comfortable and I have noticed the difference between it and our king-sized traditional mattress. I felt more rested and it was better for my lower back. My brother is looking for a new mattress and I will highly recommended the Casper to him.

While my husband and I were on a road trip we stayed at a quaint little inn, and we both had the best sleep in ages. As usual, I like a softer mattress and he a firmer one. In the morning when we shared with each other how comfortable we BOTH thought the mattress was, I declared, “Pull back the sheets and see what it is!” When he did of course we discovered it was a Casper. This is the mattress I had already been looking into to replace our old mattress. We were sold. And now that we are sleeping on our own Casper in our own bedroom, we are very satisfied and sleeping like babies.
