Only negative is that the mattress continually slides off side of bed (bottom of mattress probably should be designed with a different material (with a higher coefficient of friction) so it stays put). Overall very happy with purchase.

Immediately we got a great night's sleep. Didn't have to wait for a break in period to get comfortable. I expected a lingering smell after unwrapping it but there was no odor. It is surprisingly cool, not hot and stuffy. You don't notice movement from your spouse like you do with a conventional mattress. No more waking you up when they get out of bed in the middle of the night to raid the fridge. We are using the adjustable base and love it.
