[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I loved the mattress. She likes more firm mattresses while I feel better with more plush ones but our Casper feels like the right balance between plush and firm for both of us. We can't feel each other's movements while being able to sleep well all night. Apart from being highly priced from other options out there I don't see any disadvantages.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two Casper mattresses, one king and one queen. Whenever I have guests they ask me where I got my mattress from because they notice how comfortable it was. I would never buy another mattress.
Easy to get out of the box and set up. I purchased this for my motorhome, so don't use it often. I slept on it one night so far. I will be using my motorhome more often as this was the most comfortable sleep ever. I have an $8000 mattress at home and I prefer the Casper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best mattress I have ever slept on, hands down! Amazing sleep. I could never go back to a "regular" mattress again.
It took me 2 years to select a mattress after reading reviews from far and wide. Comparing prices ran the gamut along with their design and make. Several times I was tempted to order other makes. I finally settled on the Casper updated model; notwithstanding the inability to try before you buy, the 100 days trial period was at least a helpful factor. Upon delivery, we followed the instructions and let it sit on a flat surface for 2 days and watched the reanimation process bring it to correct mattress proportions. No odor whatsoever as exampled by the sensitive noses of many family members. So off to the bedroom and sleep night number one. My wife and I sheeted the bed and off to sleep we went. Both of us agreed that the firmness was just right and didn’t notice any particular hot spots or areas that were unsupportive. The morning after and subsequent night’s revealed similar comments with one exception: she loved it and I just thought I’d give it a neutral rating. I can sleep on any guest mattress, cruise ship or hotel mattress and sleep well as long as it is a queen or king size. I have three observations: First the mattress is sitting on a king foundation so I noticed the Casper is about 3 or 4 inches shorter than its predecessor. I now know why my feet (6’3”} hang over the end accordingly but I can adjust to it. Second, the fitted bottom sheets never fit well and are always bunched and messy since they went from a 15 inched inner coiled mattress to one barely 10 inches. Lastly, the shorter height factor of the mattress is significantly and noticeably apparent when witnessing the new bed accommodation. I guess I can get frame risers if it continues to bother me. We are well beyond the 100 days trial period, otherwise I’d return it and buy a less expensive mattress for half the price since I can sleep on most anything. My son and daughter in law bought a Casper the same as mine and for other comfort reasons had it picked up and got a less expensive and thicker/taller mattress locally. The return policy worked well for them. My wife continues to like her side and I can take or leave it but it still bothers me the cost of the mattress is so high in comparison to other manufacturers alternatives.
