We are only 43 days into the 100 day trial and I'm still not convinced. Our regular Casper mattress is so darned soft compared to our old mattress. The edge of the mattress has no structure and I feel like I'm going to fall out of bed if I get too close to it in the night! I certainly don't wake up feeling refreshed and even if I did feel like springing out of bed in the morning, all I'd be able to do is squish. It may seem silly to mention, but the damned thing doesn't have any handles either! I've had to move it twice, once to reinforce my base with thick plywood, and then to another room after a renovation. Definitely not looking forward to rotating a giant 90-lb pancake every 6 months with nothing to grab onto.So far I'm greatly disappointed. I will try to update my review when I decide whether or not to keep it.

Nothing like mattress in the store

Such a huge disappointment ! I went to the store twice to lay on the "Wave" mattress.. their best??
Well it's only been a week and this is a total FLOP
why? how? can this bed be so different at home???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace my guest room bed so I moved my Tempurpedic to the guest room and got myself a Casper. I am very happy with my choice. The comfort is similar to the Tempurpedic but much less expensive.

Only complaint would be the salesman at the store stated a box spring would not work with the mattress, so we bought the frame from the store. However, when we received the mattress in the mail, the paperwork stated we could use our previous box spring.
